Anything is Possible

Do you really believe that anything is possible? Are you willing to let your imagination guide you to things you’ve never even considered before? Are you willing to do it without FEAR?
For many of us, for most of our lives, we have been conditioned to stay in the lines. Sometimes, that makes creating outside of the lines a more challenging endeavor. It doesn’t have to be if you keep the principles of the law of attraction in mind. All you have to do is decide what you want and allow it in. The Universe comes up with the how and implements it. Since the Universe has a lot more experience with possibility than we are aware we do, it’s not impossible, or even difficult, for the Universe to do its part.
But we have to allow. Ask. Allow.
Is our fear that the Universe won’t bring us what we want? If that happens, it’s probably because we weren’t specific about what we wanted. (Like asking someone to get soup at the grocery store – did you want vegetable, chicken and rice, clam chowder?) So, we get something that’s almost what we want, but not entirely. We can accept that and decide not to bother the Universe any more or we can ASK AGAIN.
The Universe wants us to have whatever we want. Period. But it can’t give us what we want unless we ask. And it can’t be exactly what we want unless we keep clarifying.
What are the things that are stopping you from playing this way? Fear of change is probably the biggest reason. We don’t fear change itself. We fear that things will get worse. Guess what happens when we hold that energy?? We invite things to get worse.
I’ve had some amazing experiences lately where I suspended my disbelief and asked for what I really wanted with no idea of how it might show up and *POOF* it showed up in an amazing way. (OK, there was no *POOF*, but it happened really fast!)
What if you released the blocks that are keeping you from asking and allowing in everything you want in your life and instead, you embraced every single change in your world? Don’t even decide if it’s good or bad, but just assume that it’s taking you where you WANT to go. How would your life be different?
Say “Yes” now if you’d like to know the highest truth about what will happen. Then allow that knowing to come to you.
The most wonderful time of the year

Thanksgiving has now passed. Did you give thanks for everything that has happened in your life, regardless of whether you perceived it to be “good” or “bad”? If not, that’s ok. The more we “get” that everything that happens makes us what we are, the more we are able to appreciate everything that happens. We always have the opportunity to shift the energy we’re putting out, which allows us to shift what we’re seeing and experiencing in life. So, we can change what we get. Are you up for that?
Now, we’ve moved into the official holiday season. Holiday decorations have been up in some places since BEFORE Halloween, so we should be getting used to the idea. This is the time of year, probably more than any other time, when the stories we tell about why things don’t work for us kick into full gear. All of our family stuff floats up to the surface. Our fears about money and relationships abound. And, we often find ourselves giving up ourselves to please everyone and make this time really special for others. To all of that I say BAH HUMBUG!
This year, you can begin a process of making time for yourself and of eliminating all of the traditions that don’t feel good to you. You can stop overspending and get more in alignment with who you are and what you want. You can stop buying things for people out of obligation. You can stop going places out of obligation. And you can start showing yourself that you love YOU by creating new traditions that you feel aligned with.
If that idea sounds nice, but you’re not sure whether it’s possible or not, stick around. We will explore it in more detail over the next few weeks.
Don’t Judge a Book by Its Cover

Have you had things happen lately that appear to be horrible? I mean Chicken Little “the sky is falling” horrible? Relax! You are being invited to view these things differently.
It’s a little like the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz. Oz the Great and Powerful wasn’t really great and powerful after all. And perhaps, whatever your problem looks like (or series of “problems”), it probably isn’t as bad as it seems. I am not trying to diminish whatever you’re going through. Many of the things we’re having the opportunity to experience right now are in the category of what we would call “worst case scenario.”
But what if you chose to re-focus your attention to the things that are going well in your world right now rather than on the litany of things that seem to be going wrong?
In race car driving, one of the most obvious things to avoid is the wall, right? If you’ve ever watched NASCAR, you will find (and I’m not a race aficionado, so please, no letters about the details) that there’s a lot of wall on any given race track. So, if you’re traveling at high speeds, the wall is not what you want to run into.
I was at a Tony Robbins seminar many years ago in Maui where he talked about learning to drive a race car. Part of the challenge, he said, was that you go into it with the idea “Don’t hit the wall” – which of course focuses your attention on what? HITTING THE WALL. (Law of Attraction 101) He said that when he went out, there was an instructor in the passenger seat. As he began to increase his speed, the instructor started saying “Look at the track. Stop looking at the wall” because he couldn’t seem to take his focus off of the wall. Ultimately, the instructor ended up having to physically turn Tony’s head to focus on something other than the wall. Until that point, he was so focused on the wall that the car was headed straight into the wall. And that was a guy who understands and is an expert on the power of focus!
So back to your life. If you shift your focus toward what’s going right and really (this may sound crazy) ignore the badness of the bad stuff, you will see huge changes in what happens. When I say ignore the badness of the bad stuff, I mean that you should deal with what you have to deal with, but otherwise do not give the issue, person, occurrence any more of your energy than absolutely necessary. In fact, if you can, put yourself in a place of gratitude for everything else, for anything else. That will raise your vibration out of the low vibration of fear and enable you to even be grateful for the “bad” thing because it helped you to realize how much good you have in your life.
Sound ridiculous?
What if the purpose of the “bad” thing was to distract you or divert you from focusing your attention on what you really want to be doing, but perhaps you feel a little uncomfortable about taking your life to the next level? And what if it was YOUR energy that invited it so that you didn’t have to live in the biggest, most excellent way possible?
I promise you, I am not completely crazy. This is exactly what I’m experiencing in my own life right now. It has almost become comical. I am happy to report that I am now only freaking out for only a brief few moments before I’m able to re-focus. The power this has brought for me is indescribable! To know that the things that used to threaten me no longer threaten me. But more importantly, to know that all is really well, despite the illusion of scary Oz the Great and Powerful looming ahead. Look over to the left and see the little man behind the curtain and know that whatever it is, it’s not as bad as you’re making it out to be.
If you focus on the wall, you will hit the wall. If you focus on the road, you can drive along happily until you’re ready to stop.
There are no wrong answers. It’s your choice. Just remember you can make a different choice!
Manifesting like crazy!

Wow! This has been an amazing week with regard to manifestation. I have received money, inspiration, work, gifts, love… all sorts of amazing stuff out of seemingly nowhere. How cool is that?!
It really is wonderful. In fact, it’s so wonderful that I found myself asking if this is really my life. How nice to get confirmation that it is AND to know that I am worthy of doing, being, and having whatever I want to do be or have.
The other part that’s exciting about it is that it’s happening so fast. That part doesn’t even worry me because if I manifest something that I don’t really want, I can simply manifest again! It’s one of the things we sometimes forget in manifesting. We don’t just have one chance to manifest. We are constantly manifesting. ALL OF THE TIME!
This means that we have the opportunity to take risks and stretch outside of our comfort zone, and if it doesn’t work out exactly the way we want it to, we can manifest again. It doesn’t get much better than that, does it?
Of course, manifesting is not just about getting more stuff. With focus, we can manifest an amazing spiritual life; we can cultivate special relationships; and we can move ourselves to the place where we absolutely trust that we are always taken care of. For some of us, manifesting stuff is an easier place to begin to practice.
When we set the intentions and turn it over to the Universe to bring about as we shift into the place of welcoming in our manifestations – when we let go of HOW and focus on ALLOW, it all comes together beautifully!
What’s your manifesting story?
You are ready.

If you’ve asked the question “Am I ready?” here’s the answer: YES! Your heart knows it, don’t let your head talk you out of what you know on a deeper level is true. We see it all of the time. It’s the belief that next class or the next book or the next guru will be the one that gives me what I need to fulfill my life’s purpose. What happens when you buy into that belief is that you spend all of your life and time and money (all of your resources) going after the next thing that will prepare you to do what you were already prepared to do when you came into this life!
Don’t buy into the marketing or the hype that you need anything other than what you already have. There may be tools that you’d like to add to your repertoire or certifications that you must have (e.g., to be a nurse in a hospital, you probably can’t really show up and say “I’d like to be a nurse” without having the license and training), but you can embrace your path and your guidance and pursue your dream without crossing all of the t’s and dotting the i’s. Remember, all you are doing is being who you truly are.
Once you decide to pursue your dream, everything will change. There is power in YES! but there is even more power in YES! with action attached. Sometimes, the action is making a decision about what makes you happy. If you don’t know that part, it’s more difficult to be happy. That would be like going to the grocery store to get “something” and having a hard time finding it. You will always have a hard time finding it if you don’t know what it is you’re looking for. And the only person who can tell you what you’re looking for is YOU.
Don’t let that scare you. You get to decide what you want over and over and over again. It’s not just a one-time thing. If you find that you don’t really want something you thought you wanted, that’s ok. You might want to look at whether you REALLY don’t want it or whether your head talked you out of it. Either way though, it’s YOUR choice to make. Just like you get to decide what you will have for breakfast, then what you will have for lunch, then what you will have for dinner today, tomorrow, and every day. You choose. You. Choose.
It’s a process that you are highly qualified for. In fact, you are uniquely qualified to do the thing you came here to do. No one else will ever do it the way you do it. That is your gift.
And, regardless of how many butterflies you have in your stomach when you think about it, you are ready.
Do you know why you want it?

When you’re consciously using the Law of Attraction to manifest what you want, are you aware of why you want the things that you’re asking for? Why you want something has a huge affect on when you get it and on what happens when you get it. For instance, if you want a new car because it’s a car that you’ve seen and you love, once you clear the blocks to having it and it comes to you, (and even before that) you are completely blissful about the car and feeling good.
On the other hand, if you want something because you believe it will make you feel more equal to someone else, and you really don’t like them because in your eyes they make you feel less than they are, getting what you want is perpetuating the negative energy. Until we want what we want because WE WANT it, and until we feel worthy to have whatever we want, we will never be manifesting from the place of happiness and contentment that really connects us with what we want and allows it to come to us quickly.
You are good enough. You are worthy of having whatever you want, and there’s no one else who’s keeping you from having it. No one else. Feeling good about yourself is an inside job. No one else needs to feel good about you at all for you to love yourself. You alone can do that.
You may have stories about why you can’t that go back for many generations, but those are just stories. You can keep your energy tied up in all of the reasons that you can’t, or you can be freed from the stories and focus your energy on why you can. Don’t know how to do that? When you are ready to let go, if you need help, the right and perfect person will appear to help you. But when you’re ready, you might be able to do it by yourself. All you have to do is ask.
Either way, don’t give up on yourself. You have a unique gift to give the world. We need you.
