Theta Healing™ is a powerful technique used to clear limiting beliefs and to teach information that is missing from the client’s understanding. Started in the mid 1990′s by Vianna Stibal, this modality is effective in creating instantaneous change when a client is ready to receive that. It is also quite effective in removing blocks that are preventing us from doing, being, or having whatever it is that we say we want to do, be or have.
Theta Healing uses the following framework to identify where information is held in the energy field:
Core Level – This lifetime from conception to now. Normally most beliefs are created as a child. Sometimes these are due to misunderstandings, i.e., when a child believes she was the cause of her parents divorce. Often these beliefs are created with the influence of a parent, grandparent, teacher, minister, or other influential person in the child’s life.
Genetic Level - This is the level that we get through our DNA. It is related to blocks and beliefs that our ancestors have passed onto us. Theta Healing focuses primarily on seven generations forward or backward, but these beliefs can come from anywhere in the lineage. When a block is cleared on this level, it clears in the others who share the DNA.
History Level – Depending on what you believe, this can be viewed as the past life level or blocks that we’ve gotten from the collective consciousness. If energy can neither be created nor destroyed, the energy of lots of beliefs is available for us to take in order to learn or experience whatever we’ve come to learn or experience in this life.
Soul Level – These are blocks or beliefs that the soul may have been working on since its beginning. They are deeply held, and important to resolve.
